Shipping Information

How we process, ship, and support your orders from Southern California.

1. Processing & Handling

For most items, orders are processed within 1–2 business days (order verification, quality checks, and packaging). Many orders leave our facility within 48 business hours.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automatic email with a tracking number. Tracking activity typically begins within 72 hours of carrier pickup.

2. Shipping Options & Times

  • Standard Shipping: Carrier transit is usually 3–5 business days after processing. We advise a total delivery window of 7–10 days depending on your location and carrier conditions.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee. Expedited orders are prioritized for same- or next-business-day processing and typically arrive within 1–3 business days after shipment. To arrange, contact support@rfsupplements.com.

Origin: Orders ship from Southern California; delivery speed varies by distance and carrier workload.

3. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: A simple flat rate is applied to all standard shipments (shown at checkout). Expedited options are quoted during support-assisted checkout.

4. Delivery Locations

  • Domestic: We ship to all U.S. addresses, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO when carrier-eligible.
  • International: We currently do not offer international shipping.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers to ensure safe, on-time delivery. Depending on your location and service level, your order may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or comparable providers.

6. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase.
  • Shipping Confirmation: When your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number. Use it to follow your package’s progress.
  • Activation Window: Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear after the carrier’s initial scan.

7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Tips

  • Provide a complete, accurate address (including apartment/suite numbers).
  • Choose an address where someone can receive the package or consider a pickup location when available.
  • Monitor carrier updates; contact the carrier for rerouting/hold options if needed.

8. Failed Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered due to customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect address, absent receiver, refusal to collect), it may be returned to sender.

Return-to-Sender Costs

Any return shipping fees and applicable duties/taxes will be deducted from your refund. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

9. Shipping Issues

  • Delayed or Lost Packages: If your package is delayed or appears lost, contact us at support@rfsupplements.com with your order number; we’ll coordinate with the carrier.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, email us immediately with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

10. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to regulations or carrier limitations. Any such limits will be indicated on the product page and/or at checkout.

11. Changes & Cancellations

  • Order Changes: To update your shipping address or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes prior to processing.
  • Order Cancellations: Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled.
