Meet RF Supplements Athlete Adam Bradley: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt & Elite Grappler
At RF Supplements, we’re proud to support athletes who embody dedication, consistency, and the relentless pursuit of better performance. Adam Bradley, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, elite No-Gi competitor, and head coach, represents exactly that.
From discovering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a high school detention room in New Hampshire to competing on some of the biggest stages in professional grappling, Adam’s journey has been built on years of sacrifice, discipline, and commitment to his sport.
From New Hampshire to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Adam Bradley’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey began in 2010 in New Hampshire—and not exactly where you might expect.
While in high school, a history teacher who was also a Jiu-Jitsu blue belt encouraged Adam to try a local BJJ club. What started as a simple introduction quickly became a passion that changed the direction of his life. Jiu-Jitsu even motivated Adam to improve academically so he could continue training.
After graduating in 2013, he made the decision to fully commit himself to the sport.
Moving to San Diego to Train at Atos Jiu-Jitsu
In 2015, Adam took a major step toward his goal of competing at the highest level of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and relocated across the country to San Diego, California.
There, he began training full-time at Atos Jiu-Jitsu HQ, surrounding himself with some of the best grapplers in the world.
For years, Adam structured his life around one goal: becoming the best competitor he could be. He lived below his means and dedicated his time to training, traveling, and competing.
That commitment soon began producing results.
Becoming a No-Gi World Champion
In 2016, Adam captured a No-Gi World Championship, marking a major milestone in his competitive career.
His success continued as he consistently reached the podium at major Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and No-Gi grappling competitions. As a brown belt, Adam climbed to the #1 world ranking, establishing himself as one of the top competitors in his division.
But one of the most memorable moments of his career was still ahead.
Adam Bradley’s Historic Who’s Next Match
In 2021, Adam gained widespread recognition through FloGrappling’s Who’s Next series.
During the competition, Adam battled through an incredible 2-hour-and-54-minute submission match, eventually securing the finish. The marathon performance showcased the endurance, mental toughness, and determination that have defined Adam throughout his career.
It also introduced a much larger audience to the competitor the Jiu-Jitsu community had already been watching for years.
ADCC Trials and the Craig Jones Invitational
Adam continued making his mark at the highest levels of professional No-Gi grappling.
At the 2024 ADCC Trials, he earned a silver medal following a highly competitive finals match. He later received an invitation to compete at the inaugural Craig Jones Invitational (CJI), one of the biggest events in professional grappling.
Competing against an elite field, Adam advanced to the semifinals, further establishing himself among the premier No-Gi grapplers competing today.
Adam Bradley’s Favorite RF Supplement
When it comes to his RF Supplements routine, Adam’s favorite product is the Primal Pre-Workout.
What stands out to him most is the combination of great flavor and a low-stim formula. As an athlete who spends countless hours training, coaching, and competing, Adam appreciates a pre-workout that can fit into his routine without relying on an excessive amount of caffeine.
RF Supplements Primal Pre-Workout contains just 62.5 mg of caffeine per serving, making it a lower-stimulant option for athletes who want a pre-workout without the heavy caffeine load commonly found in traditional high-stim formulas.
For Adam, the combination is simple: great flavor, low stim, and a formula that fits the way he trains.
Competitor, Coach, and RF Supplements Athlete
Today, Adam Bradley is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, professional competitor, and head coach who continues to pursue new titles while helping develop the next generation of athletes.
His career is a reminder that elite performance isn’t built overnight. It comes from years of showing up, putting in the work, and staying committed even when no one is watching.
That mindset makes Adam a natural fit for the RF Supplements athlete team.
At RF Supplements, we believe in supporting athletes across disciplines who are committed to performing at their highest level—from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and professional grappling to CrossFit, endurance sports, strength training, and beyond.
We’re excited to have Adam Bradley representing RF Supplements as he continues competing, coaching, and building his legacy as one of the top American grapplers of his generation.
Welcome to the RF team, Adam.
